What kind of trips do you plan?

For peak travel windows (holidays, spring break, major events), 6–9 months out gives us the most room to secure the best properties. For quieter windows, 2–3 months is often plenty — but I'm always happy to work with what timeline you've got.

How far in advance should I book?

It starts with a conversation, not a questionnaire. Once I understand what you're imagining — the feeling, the pace, the people — I put together a curated proposal with two tailored options to choose from.

Yes — group logistics are actually one of my favorite puzzles. I'll handle the room blocks, the group dinners, the "who's arriving when," so you can just show up and enjoy it.

Can you plan group or multi-family trips?

Absolutely. Some clients want everything handled end to end; others just need the hard-to-find boutique stay or a well-vetted excursion. I'll work within whatever scope makes sense for you.

Can you help with just part of a trip, like accommodations or activities?

I can source and recommend flights as part of your itinerary, though for certain bookings I may point you to the airline directly — I'll always tell you which is the better route for your specific trip.

Do you handle flights?

That's most people, honestly. Tell me the feeling you're chasing — slow and quiet, social and celebratory, adventurous — and I'll bring you destinations that fit.

What if I don't know where I want to go yet?

Planning fees vary by trip complexity and are shared upfront before we begin — never a surprise. For most itineraries, my compensation comes directly from our travel partners, so the personalized service costs you nothing extra.
